• OOBA Margarita, version 1
Cazadores Blanco or any other good Blanco tequila 2 0Z
Fresh lime 2 slices (muddle)
Fresh Lemon 2 slices (muddle)
Fresh orange 1 slice (muddle)
Agave nectar 1 0Z
OOBA With Attitude - 3 0Z
In a mixing glass muddle fruit, add tequila, agave nectar, ice and shake about 10 to 12 times pour in a rocks glass and pour on top OOBA with Attitude, garnish with a lime or orange....
• OOBA Margarita, version 2
Tequila Reposado 1 1/2 0Z
Cointreau 3/4 0Z
Fresh lime juice 1 0Z
Fresh basil 2 sprig (muddle)
OOBA LIME 3 0Z
Simple syrup 1 0Z
Add lime juice, muddle fresh basil, tequila, Cointreau, simple syrup , ice ,shake 10 to 12 times and pour in chilled martini glass on top pour OOBA lime....
• OOBA Mojito
1 1/2 of Bacardi Limon
Sugar 1 1/2 tsp
Fresh lime 3 slices (muddle)
Fresh mint 2 sprig (muddle)
OOBA LIME 3 0Z
In a rocks glass add sugar, mint, limes and muddle add ice, rum and OOBA on top, garnish with a lime and a mint leave...
• Goose N' OOBA (The Ultimate COSMO) AKA the "OOBATINI"
Grey goose Le orange 1 1/2 0Z
Triple sec 1 0Z
Fresh lime juice 1 0Z
Fresh orange I slice (muddle)
OOBA ORANGE BLAST 3 0Z
In a glass shaker add ice , Goose le Orange, fresh orange slice (muddle), add ice, lime, triple sec, and OOBA ORANGE, serve in a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange slice....
